Returns & Exchanges Policy
Return Timeframe
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns received after this period cannot be processed.
Important: You must contact us before shipping any returns. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Return Conditions
Items must be in one of the following conditions to be eligible for return:

- • Like-new: Gently used items in like-new condition with no signs of wear
All returned items must include original packaging, accessories, and documentation when applicable.

- • Return Authorization (RA) number
- • Return shipping address
- • Specific return instructions
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item securely and include the RA number clearly marked on the package. Return shipping costs are determined on a case-by-case basis.
Step 4: Processing
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Refund Options
You can choose between two refund options:
Full Refund
Refund to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider (typically 3-7 business days).
Store Credit
Receive store credit that can be used for future purchases. Store credit is applied immediately to your account.
No restocking fees: All approved returns are processed free of charge.
Exchanges
Exchanges for different sizes, colors, or variants are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on current inventory availability.
Limited Availability: Due to our small inventory, exchanges may not always be possible. We recommend requesting a refund and placing a new order to ensure availability.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us at [email protected]within 7 days of delivery with proof of the defect.
For Defective Items:

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
