Notice: NULLHUSK is a small indie game studio with limited staffing. Please allow extra time for order processing and shipping.
Processing Times
Standard Processing: All orders take up to 7 business days to process before shipping.
Due to our small team size, we cannot offer expedited processing or same-day shipping. Processing times are firm and consistent for all orders.
Important: Processing time begins when your order is placed, not when payment is received. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to United States addresses only via USPS.
Shipping Restrictions:
- • US domestic addresses only
- • No international shipping at this time
- • Must be a valid, deliverable address
- • P.O. boxes accepted for all shipping methods
Shipping Methods & Costs
All items are shipped via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping speed.
Typical Shipping Costs (6 oz apparel):
- • USPS Ground Advantage: $5-10 (3-5 business days)
- • USPS Priority Mail: $10-15 (1-3 business days)
- • USPS Priority Express: $15-25 (1-2 business days)
Exact shipping costs are shown at checkout and may vary based on your specific location.
Free Shipping: Not currently available, but may be considered for future implementation.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number as soon as we create your shipping label. This typically happens within our 7-day processing window.
Tracking Information:
- • Tracking number provided via email when label is created
- • Track your package at usps.com using the provided tracking number
- • Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear in USPS system
Order Modifications
Due to our processing timeframe, there may be opportunities to modify or cancel orders before they ship.
To Request Changes:
- • Contact [email protected] immediately after placing your order
- • Include your order number and requested changes
- • No guarantee that changes can be accommodated
- • Cannot modify orders once shipped

Customer Responsibility: NULLHUSK is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer input errors. Please double-check your address before completing your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Our Policy:
- • Replacement: If item is in stock, we will send a replacement
- • Refund: If item is out of stock, we will provide a full refund

We will work with USPS on insurance claims when applicable, but our primary goal is ensuring you receive your order or a refund.

You will receive email updates throughout the shipping process:

- • Shipping Confirmation: Sent when package is picked up by USPS
